Recently with Boroughmuir Bears we have restructured our week, with our units sessions now happening on a Monday evening.With limited gym access on a Monday evening this means we have either forwards or backs in the gym while the others are out on the pitch, then swap.During this gym time, we work on positional group athletic prep to best use the space. Here is why bowling a wobble seam ball can be so challenging for batters. Show them you can swing the ball. Change your grip on the ball slightly. With no change of action so the batter doesn’t pick up anything that’s different (apart from a grip change)Look to bowl the same length.
